A 90-Minute 1:1 Session

The Deep Dive Session

For the moment you already know something needs to shift, and you want someone with depth to help you move through it.

If you're here, you probably recognise this

You're capable. You're self-aware. And something is in the way.

You have a direction you want to move in. You can sense where the work wants to go. But between here and there sits something harder to name — a confusion that won't resolve, an identity you've outgrown, a quiet inertia that has nothing to do with discipline.

You've talked to peers. You've journalled. You've maybe tried a generic coach. None of it quite landed, because none of it was specific enough to your work, your story, your situation.

This session exists for that specific reason. Ninety minutes. One person. Your situation, met with depth.

A clear structure — before, during, after

How the session actually works

Nothing improvised. Nothing generic. A structure built so the ninety minutes can actually move something.

Before

A reflective questionnaire

You complete a focused pre-session form. It sharpens what's actually at stake so we don't spend the first thirty minutes excavating. You arrive already oriented.

During

90 minutes, one-to-one, on video

Coaching, artistic mentorship, professional strategy, and creative psychology — 25 years of real-world experience brought to bear on your specific situation.

After

A personalised recap, plus optional check-ins

Notes, key insights, and curated resources sent to you after the call. Optional email check-ins are available so the work integrates rather than evaporates.

What you leave with

Specific to your story, your craft, your situation. Not a framework you have to bend yourself around.

Clarity on what's actually blocking you

Not a generic diagnosis. Specific to your work, your story, your current inflection point.

A concrete direction forward

Grounded next steps that feel aligned rather than prescribed. A roadmap you can actually use, not a list you'll abandon.

The session documented and returned to you

Notes, insights, and curated resources. Nothing valuable gets lost between the call and the rest of your week.

Optional continuity

Email check-ins are available afterwards so integration is supported. The session doesn't have to end when the call does.

From people who've done the work

You'll likely find yourself in one of these

Real artists. Real shifts. Specific, honest, and unpolished.

"This has gotten me to dig deep into themes that I really needed to for a while. I've done a lot of work on myself but T.L.'s insights and questions bring a whole new dimension to it all with additional depth and wisdom. It's given me a major boost in my artistic practice."

Johannes Stange
Award-winning trumpeter / composer, Germany

"I felt supported, seen, encouraged, guided, expanded and beautifully taught throughout the sessions. They took the pressure off and helped me navigate the elusive expectations from society and the music industry. I feel much more comfortable within myself now as a singer and musician."

Katja McKinlay
Independent singer-songwriter / coach, UK

"T.L. is a magician. Every session was filled with profound insight and expansive perspectives. He has a way of seeing things deeply at their core, sharing knowledge and providing solutions in simple, natural and unique ways. A comfortable, co-creative space for professional, mental and emotional growth."

Sharanya Natrajan
Vocalist / coach, India

"So much space cleared up as I understood where to channel my efforts, and what is not worth wasting energy on. I can finally divide my time properly between being an artist, producer and sideman. Everything happens on eye-level — you're both student and teacher."

Tim Sensbach
Independent Guitarist

Honest questions, before you book

If something is holding you back from the click, it's probably one of these.

Is this only for musicians?
The bio leans musical because that's the longest track record. The work itself sits at the intersection of identity, creative practice, and professional direction — which travels. Designers, writers, founders, and people from outside the arts entirely have used this session productively. If you make work that has your name on it, you're in the room.
Can ninety minutes really move something that's been stuck for months?
Often yes, because the structure is doing real work. The pre-session form orients before we meet. The session itself is focused rather than exploratory. The follow-up holds what surfaced. It's not therapy and it's not a magic wand — but ninety minutes of specific attention tends to dislodge more than months of generalised effort.
I'm not sure I can articulate what's actually wrong.
That's normal and expected. The stuck feeling is usually pre-verbal — if you could say it cleanly, you'd probably already be moving. The pre-session form is built for exactly this. You won't arrive needing to perform clarity you don't have.
What happens after the session?
You receive a written recap with notes, insights, and curated resources within a few days. Optional email check-ins are available for integration support. If continued work makes sense, there are deeper containers, but none of that is assumed or pushed. One session can be the whole thing.
€400 feels like a real commitment.
It is. The price is the same whether you pay in one go or split it (€400 once, or €200 × 2). The session is built so that commitment translates into something usable — documented, specific, and yours to act on. If the testimonials and the structure don't feel like a fit, this isn't the right session, and that's a useful thing to know.
One session. Structured. Specific.
